Clarke will be told to give you the information about the Dynamos & Upton that about the Lamps.##[Moses] Arc Lamp. He hardly has a lamp at [red]. What he showed me flickered fearfully & besides he [used] the Brush Relay.##Card. He talks a great deal too [much] I think he should be provided with a secondary battery such as Clark & Moore & myself [---] should be used. And then he should be kept on some special class of work as coal mines or mines out west say Colorado
