Referring to yours of Aug 5. I strenuously object to lamps being put in as plant One might just as well consider one carbons as plant. In a business district of [there] [-- ----] maximum three [----] not be more than [70000] extra. In a private house district there is [1/8] burning [--] [-/-] not burning you must have three times as much [so--] [per house] as you use why not charge this to plant?
