Editor's Notes: I enclose copy of letter from Messrs Renshaw & Renshaw of London Solicitors to the Oriental Telephone Coy which will explain themselves.##I am unable to get at Mr Edison this morning to sign the Agreement so in order to save time send them herewith to you for execution. Please do what is necessary in the matter & [-----] them to me as early as possible next week as I wish to get Mr Edisons signature & send them back to England as early as possible##I also enclose you a print of the various Oriental Telephone Co Agreements for your own use
