Rcd your cable as follows: "Oriental settlement wait Indian Patents. See letter September tenth." Replied "No carbon transmitter patent in India. Have written." You cabled: "India. You must be mistaken. Company has official knowledge of its existence. Did not Puskas take it out." I replied: "KNow absolutely nothing, etc." Serrell had nothing to do with it.
