Editor's Notes
In reference to your letter of the 18th[?] inst. Your former correspondence left me with the impression that you surely desire to use electricity for the destruction of f dogs insread of the present method of drowning the animals. I simply wanted a few dogs which were to have benn drowned so that I might ascertain for you the proper system upon which to carry out your ideas. I appear to have been mistaken and much apologize for havinbg missinterptreted you.
