Title
[LB011423], Letter from Richard Nott Dyer to Edward Hibberd Johnson, March 11th, 1882
Editor's Notes
I inclose papers for English Case no. 47. The corresponding Continental case is numbered 37. This case covers very important matter which Mr Edison has already put into use.##He desires me to state to you that your solicitor is of course free to rearrange or re-group the inventions embodied in the several cases, if he can see any advantage in doing so. The Case forwarded herewith includes three U.S. applications: case no. 46 includes two: and case no. 45 includes one. These could all be grouped in one case, or could be arranged differently from what I have thought the best arrangement. If anything of this kind is done, please have your Solicitor write me so that I can keep Mr. Edison's papers straight.
