I see by the Defect Book that the South American packing is complained of. Perhaps you might do it a little stronger for them as they have no facilities whatever for handling our heavy packages.##I notice also that they refer to the E Dynamo brush. Please see what you can do towards getting a satisfactory one as bad brushes injures the reputation of the Machine Works more than anything else.
