- Editor's Notes
- The reason the European Telephone Stock has not been delivered to Western Electric Mfg Co is that I have been awaiting the arrival in this country of Mr Jos. F. Bailey as he is familiar with the European Telephone Co Business. He has promised to give me an afternoon one day next week to go into this Coy's affairs. immediately after I shall be able to get the Stock transferred. I am sorry there has been so much delay about this matter but it is owing to the fact that the business took place before I came to Mr Edison and my knowledge of it is consequently slight and I am compelled to wait till I can get some one to give me the necessary information
