I duly received your favor of the 15th. inst., and am sorry to say that I cannot comply with your request as to Polyform as I do not think that I should come out of it with any great credit to myself whether my name is or is not associated with it; and this is of far greater importance to me than any consideration as to money making.##I will communicate with you in a few days as to Oriental Telephone.
