Referring to your letter of 14th inst your understandig of our Village plant system is correct. The intention is to supply a Central Station System for Village use at a cost which will enable the Investor to make money even when the demand for light is comparatively slight.##we are putting the plant into operation at Rosell and I expect it will be running in about three or four weeks.
