- I enclose you herewith Bill of Lading for shipment of glass billed to you in my advices of December##I forwarded your Mr Batchelor letter as to bad packing of bulbs & tubes & get the following in reply.##"One case was sent containing glass of various lengths. It was packed all round as tightly as possible with hay & paper, so our packer says, He says he took special personal pains to have the tubes strongly packed as he thought."##I have given instructions to Mr Upton to take extra precautions as to this packing & trust you will have no further trouble
