I have today written at length to Bailey on the subject of changing the Engines at milan and have asked him to show you the letter and also my previous letters to the Paris Coy on the same subject.##I wish you would try and straighten this matter out for me. I think if yu will read the letters from here you will see the justice of my refusal to bear the expense of changing the engines
