Title
[LB015285], Letter from Thomas Alva Edison to Edward Hibberd Johnson, February 8th, 1883
Editor's Notes
Edisons Indian & Colonial Electric Coy 46 Throgmorton Avenue E. C. write saying they want an Arc. I have replied stating that I think our 100 candle lamp will suit much better and that I would ask you to call on them as to the matter. They also draw my attention to the fact that recent patent cases of mine include Arc Light & Accumulators. I have informed them that these cases are to head off other Inventors & that they must not draw the Inference that [believe] in the use of Arc Lights & accumulators I think if you will call on their Secretary Mr Tafe you might be able to give him some useful information
