Title
[LB015318], Letter from Samuel Insull to Charles Batchelor, February 13th, 1883
Editor's Notes
I enclose you herewith Bill of lading for the drawings of the Armington & Sims Engines. I also enclose you drawings of Special Tools with directions from the Supt of the Armington & Sims Coy.##While I am writing two boxes have come in from Armington & Sims for you & I at once sent them to the Shipping Agent hoping to get them off by express on S. S. Labrador. One box contains a full set of Wilkinson oil cups crank and cross head pin wipers the other a Cylinder oil cup. A & S have asked us to send them to you as they are very anxious that you should use the same oiling devices as we do here. Up till three o'clock this afternoon one of the A & S 14 1/2 by 18 engines has been running at our Central Station Seven days and nights without stopping. Of course the load has varied greatly
