The enclosed will show you what Eaton did at Boston. There is really little else of importance.##I got an order for [1100] [A] lamps from Paris & have received a cable from Bailey saying that he will let us know about the four dynamos for Berlin in four or five days. Bailey also says he will see that we get paid for these milan Engines.##Bailey writes Eaton that he has established very confidential relations with Siemans & that Siemans gave him a dinner the other day [con----ed] [him] (Bailey) [all] your [expenses] [---] & announced himself as having formed an alliance with you for working your light in Germany.## A book arrived today for you from Dr. werner Seimens. He is author & sent it to you with his compliments. The work is on Gas I think but my German is limited very much limited I suppose you would say.##Lamp Company [Cu--ves] are only fair not at all "bang up."##Isolated Co is [----] collections & will I think be able to meet [----ilites] all right. They are getting but few orders.
