- Editor's Notes
- With reference to Lawrence Mr. Clarke (our Engineer) first asked me for estimate of conductors then upon the request of Mr. Eaton of Lawrence asked us to include estimate for everything thus since then we have been trying to get at the size of the Building and get a plan of same. Until Mr. Clarke of Lawrence came in this morning we had been unable to get any definite information. Mr. Clarke (Lawrence) explained the reason we have had no definite information is that he personally has had no time to attend to the business until today. He requested that the estimate should be at Lawrence Saturday or Monday Mr. Clarke of Lawrence took away with him a rough memo of the probable cost of Station. I do not see where the delay you complain of has occurred certainly not in my office
