Messrs [Naphin S--pe]##Your favor of 26th inst with enclosures came to hand this P.M.##If I could do anything in the matter I would be most happy to assist you but I have no control over the Isolated Company who are working under a [cyo---] of the Compagnie Continentale Edison of Paris who control [Patents] for the whole of Europe.##It appears to me that it is simply a question of the [jurisdiction] of your Patents and I would suggest that you communicate with the Compagnie Continentale on the subject
