In reply to your favor of yesterdays date I would state that an ordinary lightning rod is a very good thing provided always that it makes perfect contact with the earth. If you consult our Telephone Coy's Superintendent I think he can explain the whole matter to you.##I have asked Mr Insull to reply to your enquiry about the telephone call as he is familiar with the business
