- I am in receipt of your favor of the 1st inst. and in reply would beg to state that I see no reason why the plant at Sunbury should not be started by the date you name - 4th July. We have gone as far ahead with the work as possible until our machinery is ready. This has all been ordered and will be at Sunbury within a week. There will then be very little time lost in getting the whole plant started.
