I have undertaken to have light running at Sunbury Pa., on the 4th of July and the only possible cause of delay will be your failure to get poles for the work there. I understand that nothing has been done so far in relation to this matter and I write this to remind you that poles dont grow right on the exact spot where they will be needed.
