England, that the renewal fee on English patent No 3894 falls due on the morning of the 25th inst.##The English Company refuse to pay the amount - Fifty pounds - and I beg to suggest that you send a cable remittance to cover the amount to T. J. Handford 42 Southampton Building, London W. C. inasmuch as the patent mentioned solely refers to Electric Railroad
