- In reference to the new circuit breakers for the downtown station I wish you would consult with Mr. Johnson and see if you can obtain, without materially increasing the cost, a better contact [constructing and radiating surface] As you understand the present breakers heat very much and inasmuch as the machines these new ones are to be used in connection with are to carry 25% more than the present machines. I should like you to obtain the result as above stated which will [reduce] this thing
