Title
[LB018133], Letter from Thomas Alva Edison to William J Jenks, July 22nd, 1884
Editor's Notes
Referring to your favor of the 17th. inst., I do not see that we can do anything with relation to the South American business unless you can speak Spanish. Something, however, may turn up shortly, as we are working a great deal of foreign territory. I am expecting in a very short time to be operating in Australia and New Zealand, and also in the Cape of Good Hope. If a favorable opportunity should present itself, would you care to go into any of the countries named.?
