- Editor's Notes
- My correspondent in London advises me that he has not as yet been able to get the Woodhouse and Rawson lamp, inasmuch as they have run out of the old fibre lamps, which you ordered. They state, however, that they expect to be able to supply them about the 16th. July, so that the lamps ought to have been shipped ere this. I am advised that Woodhouse and Rawson have in stock a lamp of still older manufacture than the one that they advertise as their old filament lamp. This lamp which is of still older manufacture they are prepared to sell at one shilling and nine pence each.
