Title
[LB018293], Letter from Thomas Alva Edison to Western Edison Light Co, George Harrison Bliss, August 29th, 1884
Editor's Notes
Referring to yours of the 28th. inst., in ordering copper you should order it subject to the copper being guaranteed at 98% conductivity.##I would strongly advise your getting your copper from the Ansonia Brass & Copper Co., of this City, as they are very careful about conductivity of their wire, and have a man, who was formerly in our experimental establishment here, to watch the wire turned out, so as to insure its being at a high standard of conductivity.
