Title

[LB018316], Letter from Thomas Alva Edison to Armington and Sims, September 4th, 1884

Editor's Notes

We require one of the small engines at Shamokin to be so fixed as to enable us to drive from both sides of the engine. Will you please therefore ship to Shamokin immediately a driving pulley of the same size as those now at Shamokin, with a regulator inside of same, and we will then give instructions for the old regulator and regulator pulley to be returned to you and you can give us credit for same.##We have your favor of the 2nd. inst., with relation to the engine shipped to Shamokin, and will write to Shamokin suggesting that a man should be sent on to put up the engine.##Cannot you arrange to send on the above regulator and pulley right away, so that your man can fix up both engines?.
