Referring to your favor of 22nd inst with relation to Edison's Indian & Colonial Light Company I think it would be far better to allow the Company to be liquidated than to have the remaining cash capital of the Company wasted as that seems to be all that the present Board of Directors are doing.##If your views coinside with mine I would suggest that you cable Mr Gouraud accordingly.##P.S. I have spoken to Mr E. H Johnson who states that he would be governed in the matter entirely by my decision
