- Editor's Notes
- “I duly received your favor of November 26^th ., but at the time was unable to write you anything definite as to my Electric Railroad. I am now, however, quite willing that you should use the Edison Dynamo for the purpose of electric locomotion, on your paying me five per cent on the gross selling price of each machine. It being understood, hover, that this right is withdrawn immediately I dispose of my English Electric Railroad rights, and even should I not make any disposition of them that I can withdraw the privilege now given to you on giving you sixty days notice.”
