I therefor feel confident that the one you require must be in -andfords hands in London. Mr. Edison is agreeable to the arrangement you propose as to the disposition of the Edison Indian & Colonial Electric Co's Business. The sexcond lot of ppaers sent to Florida for Mr. Edisons signature are somewher in his Y------s. He has promised to look them up in a day or so."
