Editor's Notes
Referring to my request that you should look into the account of the Societe d'Appareilage Electrique of Electrique, Geneva, with a view to finding out whether there is any funds coming to me under the contract, I beg to state a power of attorney in our favor will go forward by next mail & under this power you will be able to do all that is necessary in the premises.## This power will also give you authority to deal with Mr. Biedermann with relation to whose proposition I enclose you a letter first received from the Societe d' Appareillage Electrique. What I would like to do is to sell outright what rights I have in Switzerland. I will take as a minimum $5,000 I will give you twenty per cent (20%) of whatever you may obtain in excess of $5,000. ## I enclose you the letters you asked for. I regret that I was unable to send earlier but it is owing to my absence from New York.
