I return certificate of R.R. stock duly endorsed which pleas have split up with previous certificate.## I will sell 100 shares of Electric R.R. Co. stock at $25 per share net and you have authority to sell at this price for ten days from this date. If the sale is made however I must get cash down [as the --illeg--] must accept an undertaking from me to deliver the stock as soon as it is released. ## As I shall be away please communicate with Mr. Insull on the matter."
