- Editor's Notes
- I have your favor of ? Th inst. The arrangement you refer to was made by Mr. Edison at the time a committee came on from the Sunbury CO. to settle differences with him and {illegible} with the Light engineering plant and use in condensation of this that Mr. Edison {Illegible} rebate pf $950. {Illegible} entirely changed since then and it is now proposed that after meeting the {illegible} and banking all stock (instead of half stock and half cash) that we shall accept stock in a new company at 50 cents on the $. If however Mr. Edison has a good guarantee that the Sunbury Plant will be increased and put on a bgood solid basis he will accept $1650 of stock in settlement of his account.
