I have seen Mr. Edison. He refuses to accept a less{er} number of founder shares than those arranged in the Bailey Agreement and states that in any Agreement made, the percentage of Founder Shares coming to the European Co. must be the same as arranged when Bailey was here. I will call to see you sometime tomorrow.
