- Editor's Notes
- Referring to yours of the 3rd inst., Mr. Shaw has made an arrangement for the reorganization of the Sunbury Co. The arrangement embraced your accepting stock for half the amount of your account in full settlement. I do not understand why Shaw has not carried through his plan. I am writing to him today to find out. If we do not get this or some such plan through, I do not think you will ever get anything from the Sunbury Co., whereas if it does go through, you will re-coup yourself for any loss you may sustain on the present account inasmuch as you will get pretty decent orders for dynamos.
