- Referring to your favor of the 25th inst., the printing for the blind which you refer to is produced by a substance which is poisonous and this is the only reason why the thing has not been put into use. It brings out the letters practically the same as stamped paper now used by blind people. I am hoping at some future time to work this thing up in such a manner as to make it of use.
