Take notice that a meeting of the Stockholders of this Company will be held at the Office of the Company{?} No. 104 Goeck{?} Street in the City of New York on Tues., January 30, 1886, at 12 p.m., on said day, for the purpose of considering an Agreement made by the Trustees of this Company with the Trustees of the Electric Tube Company and the Trustees of the Edison Shafting Manufacturing Company to consolidate this Company with the said Electric Tube Company and the said Edison Shafting Manufacturing Company, and for the purpose of considering the advisability of such consolidation and of taking the necessary proceedings to effect the same.
