- On going to Mercer{?} St. yesterday, after I left you downtown, I found the back point of {the} sounder had not enough resistance in it to emphasize the difference between up and down strokes, thus making it hard for Operators{?} to receive {-------} at Main Office. ##The only way you will be able to keep these circuits running properly will be to visit each office every morning--as I was in the habit of doing--until Operators{?} are better {------}.
