I have delayed writing you in order that I might send a statement which {illegible} promised me of the Isolated business which I knew would interest you and which I {illegible} to send in my next letter. He cannot give it to me before tomorrow where I will mail it to you. ## Illuminating Stock ## Since my last report Drexel Morgan have sold 200 shares @ 93 ($18,600). They received $5173 scrip dividend on the 739 shares which they held for your a/c at the time of the closing of the books for such dividends (7%). They hold now 590 73/100 shares, including scrip. ## English Quad: Mr. Geo. B. Prescott states that he mailed you a check on 19th Feb for English Quad royalty to Ft. Myers Fla: Have you received it? ## American Bell Telephone Co.## Mr. Pitt Edison handed me check of this company to your order for $500. He required the same amount for disbursements at Llewellyan Park so I gave him a check on the Germania Bank for $500 and deposited the other. Is this all right?## Peoples Bank## Inst before you left me deposited in the Peoples Bank for collection two notes of S. Bergmann one for $500 and the other for $6132. The former has been paid and the latter falls due on 11th inst. ## Phonoplex## I am sending you herewith duplicate forms of contract for signatures. They are for the Lehigh Valley and the Canadian Pacific--the later Co. wrote a few days ago for {illegible} and contracts. I advised you of the former in my last. Will you kindly sign these, have them {illegible} and return them to me.## I have just seen Mr. Gowan and he tells me that he keeps you posted as to Light Co. affairs. ## The European bonds will all be paid off within a week or so. I cannot ship at the moment just what surplus they will have after making all these payments sent there will be sufficient to compromise a number of current claims. ## There is no movement at all in stocks. 185 is {illegible} for Light but there is really none in the market. In fact all our stocks are at a complete stand still. ## I am glad to hear through {illegible} that you are {illegible} better.
