The contract under preperation between the A.B. Dick Company of Chicago and Thomas A. Edison is to be the same as a certain contract made between Thomas A. Edison and H. H. Unz (?) under date 16th September 1885 with the exception of minimum annual royalty, which in case of fomer agreement shall not for the first year be less than $800, not less than $1000 for the second year--together with a certain consideration of two hundred ($200) paid by said A.B. Dick Co to Thomas A. Edison a receipt for which has been given this 10th day of March 1887.
