I have your letter of the 14th instant in reference to certain property which I own in Square 206 Pierce St. between 14th and 15th Streets. I have several offers for this land each of which has been unsatisfactory. I should be very glad to have you make me a bid for it, and if I consider the price which you offer a fair one, I will sell the land.
