- Enclosed I get to hand you a letter which I have received from Mr. Insull in reference to the manner in which I sign your name to letters. ## The signature which Mr. Insull has reference to is as follows: ## I also attach a copy of my reply to Mr. Insull. ## I should like to know from you if you consider this signature bears any resemblance whatever to your own, or if in your opinion, I have made any effort to immitate your autograph in writing.## As I have stated to Mr. Insull that his letter was dictated before an audience, and he thereby placed it in their power to refer to the contents of his letter to me in such a manner as they might choose. ## I consider that this is carrying the friendly war of business relations a little too far, and thoughtlessness in regard to the probable result of such a statement as Mr. Insull makes is hardly a sufficient excuse to justify him.
