In reference to your note of Oct. 28th, asking me what progress I have made with Colonial matter, I beg to say that I have just returned from Canada and find a letter from Mr. Insull, asking me about certain legal expenses which Mr. Edison incurred on your account and which are to e deducted from the amount at present standing to your credit. I replied to Mr. Insull last night, and I believe a settlement will be made immediately in the manner already arranged for.
