I am in receipt of a letter from my patent attorneys, Messrs. Dyer & Seely, under date of October 31st, 87, stating that they have reports as to all European countries, except Spain, as to the telephone patent, including the phonograph, and that it appears to be still in force in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Russia and Norway.
