- Editor's Notes
- From a statement rendered me of bills owing by the Phongraph works I see that about $5000 worht of material has been ordered for the first lot of phongraphs which are to put through the Factory.### Has any management been made with these diffferent persons for time in connection with payments or has the material been brought for cash.### On order that you may be informed on the subject I will say that we have only $30,000 stock in Treasury; our Pay Roll is ( abt) $2500 per weeek and on 1st Nov. As to the extent of $25000 will mature $16000 of which amount is due now. If we can actually turn out phonographs they 1st of November, and if our purchases are made onb time - settlement by three months note our present funds will be sufficient.
