The Rev. Jos. Schnabel of Granville NJ called here today and stated that he had been informed by some at 65 Fifth Ave. that an appointment had been mde for him with TAE to desire a contract wth he had made with the United Co. Relation to be lighting his Church.### We of course have nothing to so with complaint ( which was that accoridng to contract his would hve been completed by Sept.1888 and was still informed that his has $2000 worth of tickets and to witness the church illumination say next and there would be light that his contract specified a 15 Engine with adequate basis capacity instead of eho there had been installled a 10 P Engine 9 boiler with sufffucuenty powerful to do the work required of them that his lamps were alll broken and that could find no one at 65 to whom to apply for an adper---?] of his diffiuclties but I have thought it welllto inform .you of the engagment which was made on TAE behalf and without his know;edge and which I am equalcartian yopu were not aware ##TAE was unableto see Mr. Schandel.
