"In reference to my letter of yesterday enclosing bill for your Electric Light Installation I was not aware that you were to have the benefit of a discount on the cost of mains and proportion of cash of feeder. ### Mr. Edison has this morning instructed me to make a discount of 15% on these amounts which makes the cost of your main and feeder $3078.08 instead of $3621.76/00 credit memo is enclosed herewith $543.18. ### With this correction the whole of the work has been billed to you at actual cost to ourselves."
