Title
[LB027340], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to Philip Henry Klein, Jr., Bergmann & Co, December 10th, 1888
Editor's Notes
"I have your letter of 8th instant, enclosing communication from Mr. L. C. Lincoln, Woonsocket, R.I., in regard to phonograph dolls. On Saturday last I mailed a letter to Mr. Lincoln, explaining the situation as regards dolls, and referring him to the Edison Phonograph Toy M'f'g. Co., No. 95 Milk Street, Boston, Mass. I understand that it is the intention of this Company to hold the dolls back for the Easter trade. They were unable to get them ready for Christmas, as Mr. Edison has only just completed his experiments." Yours truly, AO Tate
