"I return herewith Auditors report of the a/cs of the Spanish Colonial Light Co., after having made a copy for our files. ### I have discussed the matter with Mr. Edison and will see you personally about it before the time comes for making a settlement with Mr. Navarro. ### I regret that there is no inventory of material on hand in Havana representing the amount charged against that Agency of $106,830.[unclear] as a more intelligent settlement of Mr. Navarro's claim could then be made."
