"In reply to your letter of 8th inst., Mr. Edison desires me to name January 12th (Saturday), eleven o'clock, a.m. at the Laboratory, as the most convenient time and place for him to begin his testimony in the Dickerson interference. Mr. Chas. Batchelor, c/o Edison Phonograph Works, Orange, N.J., will be the only witness. Kindly let me know if this is satisfactory, and oblige" Yours truly, AO Tate
