Title
[LB027757], Letter from Alfred Ord Tate to Franck Zeveley Maguire, January 16th, 1889
Editor's Notes
"I am in receipt of your letter of the 14th instant. ### The kind of man that Mr. Frazar requires for China and Japan, is one who has a good knowledge of electric lighting in general, wiring, dynamo machines &c., in connection with the Edison system. We wish to take a man of this kind and instruct him in the operation of the phonograph, its construction &c., and then he will be a good allround man for such countries as are represented by Frazar & Co., and for all classes of electrical work which they engage in there. Has Mr. Gould had an experience of this nature? I hope that you are meeting with good success in Chicago." Yours very truly, AO Tate
